These Terms apply to the games published by Bemuko LLC (“Bemuko”, “we”, “us”), including Picnic Fit: Prep & Pack Puzzle, and to the website bemuko.games (together, the “Services”). By downloading, playing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

1. Who can play

Our games are for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you and approve any purchase.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the games or their content, use cheats, bots or exploits, or interfere with the Services, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Our content

The games, artwork, characters, music, text, logos and all other content are owned by Bemuko LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. “Bemuko” and “Picnic Fit” are our brand names.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Some features or items (for example “Remove Ads” or hint packs) may be offered for purchase. Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are licensed to you, not sold.
Refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase. If something went wrong, contact us too — we’re happy to help restore a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

5. Ads

Free versions of our games may display advertising. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products offered in them.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and each game’s privacy policy (e.g. Picnic Fit) explain how we handle data.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve our games without any obligation to you.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering a game or feature at any time, for example to fix bugs, balance levels or comply with law or store rules. We try to give notice of significant changes. Some features may need an internet connection.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bemuko LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Bemuko LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version. If you keep using the Services after an update, the new Terms apply.

14. Language

These Terms are provided in English, Turkish and Spanish. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, except where local law requires otherwise.

4. Satın almalar ve sanal öğeler

Bazı özellikler veya öğeler (ör. “Reklamsız Paket” ya da ipucu paketleri) satın alınabilir. Satın almalar Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır ve onların koşullarına ve iade politikalarına tabidir.
Sanal öğelerin ve oyun içi para birimlerinin gerçek para değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez; sana satılmaz, kullanım lisansı verilir.
İade talepleri satın almayı yaptığın mağaza tarafından değerlendirilir. Bir sorun olduysa bize de yaz — satın almanı geri yüklemene memnuniyetle yardım ederiz.
Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.

5. Reklamlar

Oyunlarımızın ücretsiz sürümleri reklam gösterebilir. Reklamlar üçüncü taraflarca sağlanır; içeriklerinden veya reklamı yapılan ürünlerden sorumlu değiliz.

6. Gizlilik

Gizlilik Politikamız ve her oyunun kendi gizlilik politikası (ör. Picnic Fit) verileri nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar.

7. Geri bildirim

Bize fikir veya öneri gönderirsen, sana karşı bir yükümlülüğümüz olmadan bunları oyunlarımızı geliştirmek için kullanabiliriz.

8. Güncellemeler ve erişilebilirlik

Hizmetlerle ilgili herhangi bir talepte toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutar veya 50 ABD doları (hangisi yüksekse) ile sınırlıdır. Bazı ülkeler bu sınırlamalara izin vermez; bu durumda sana uygulanmayabilir.

11. Sona erme

Oyunu kaldırarak Hizmetleri dilediğin zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsin. Bu Koşulları ciddi veya tekrarlı şekilde ihlal edersen erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Bemuko LLC’nin kayıtlı olduğu ABD eyaletinin yasalarına tabidir. Tüketiciysen, yaşadığın ülkenin emredici yasalarının sağladığı korumayı korursun ve kendi yerel mahkemelerinde dava açabilirsin.

Estas Condiciones se aplican a los juegos publicados por Bemuko LLC («Bemuko», «nosotros»), incluido Picnic Fit: Prep & Pack Puzzle, y al sitio web bemuko.games (en conjunto, los «Servicios»). Al descargar, jugar o utilizar los Servicios, usted acepta estas Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo, le rogamos que no utilice los Servicios.

1. Quién puede jugar

Los juegos, las ilustraciones, los personajes, la música, los textos, los logotipos y todo el demás contenido son propiedad de Bemuko LLC o de sus licenciantes y están protegidos por las leyes de derechos de autor y otras leyes. «Bemuko» y «Picnic Fit» son nuestras marcas.

4. Compras y artículos virtuales

Algunas funciones o artículos (por ejemplo, «Eliminar anuncios» o paquetes de pistas) pueden ofrecerse para su compra. Las compras se realizan a través de Google Play o del Apple App Store y están sujetas a sus condiciones y políticas de reembolso.
Los artículos virtuales y la moneda del juego no tienen valor monetario real, no pueden canjearse por dinero en efectivo y se le conceden bajo licencia, no se le venden.
Las solicitudes de reembolso las gestiona la tienda en la que realizó la compra. Si algo salió mal, póngase también en contacto con nosotros: con gusto le ayudaremos a restaurar una compra.
Nada de lo dispuesto en estas Condiciones limita los derechos que le otorga la legislación de protección al consumidor.

5. Anuncios

Las versiones gratuitas de nuestros juegos pueden mostrar publicidad. Los anuncios son proporcionados por terceros; no somos responsables de su contenido ni de los productos que se ofrecen en ellos.

6. Privacidad

Nuestra Política de privacidad y la política de privacidad de cada juego (por ejemplo, Picnic Fit) explican cómo tratamos los datos.

7. Comentarios

Si nos envía ideas o sugerencias, podemos utilizarlas para mejorar nuestros juegos sin ninguna obligación hacia usted.

8. Actualizaciones y disponibilidad

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida en que lo permita la ley, Bemuko LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni de la pérdida de datos o de progreso. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación relacionada con los Servicios se limita al importe que usted nos haya pagado en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación o a 50 USD, lo que sea mayor. Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten estas limitaciones, por lo que es posible que no se apliquen en su caso.

11. Terminación

Puede dejar de utilizar los Servicios en cualquier momento desinstalando el juego. Podemos suspender o cancelar su acceso si incumple estas Condiciones de forma grave o reiterada.

12. Legislación aplicable

Estas Condiciones se rigen por las leyes del estado de EE. UU. en el que está registrada Bemuko LLC, sin tener en cuenta sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes. Si usted es consumidor, conserva asimismo la protección de las leyes imperativas del país en el que reside y puede presentar reclamaciones ante los tribunales de su localidad.

13. Cambios en estas Condiciones

Podemos actualizar estas Condiciones. La fecha indicada arriba corresponde a la versión vigente. Si sigue utilizando los Servicios después de una actualización, se aplicarán las nuevas Condiciones.

14. Idioma

Estas Condiciones se proporcionan en inglés, turco y español. Si las versiones difieren, prevalecerá la versión en inglés, salvo que la legislación local exija otra cosa.
